The Home20 Expander is built on a heavy-gauge galvanised steel frame, finished with a black epoxy coating for long-term structural performance. Insulated panel systems are used throughout to improve thermal comfort and reduce external noise.

The Home20 Expander features a durable MgO structural floor base finished with premium timber-look PVC vinyl flooring, providing thermal insulation and resistance to moisture, rot, and insects. Internal walls are lined with composite board panels, while the ceiling is finished with wood fibreboard.

The 12 mm rigid PVC flooring delivers excellent strength and stability, with matching skirting trims and capping pieces included for a clean, finished interior.

Just like the electrical system, the Home20 bathroom arrives largely pre-fitted, requiring only final connections from a licensed tradesperson once the unit is in place.

Each Home20 Expander includes a stylish L-shaped kitchen, delivered partially assembled and completed during installation. This layout maximises bench space while providing dedicated areas for both a refrigerator and a dishwasher.

Regardless of the layout you choose, every Home20 Expander comes equipped with double-glazed, toughened glass exterior windows and a secure double sliding glass entry door as standard.

Similar to the electrical setup, much of the plumbing in the Home20 Expander is pre-installed at the factory, requiring only final connection by a licensed plumber once the unit is positioned on-site. The 20ft design features separate grey water and waste outlets, both exiting from the central rear underside of the unit for straightforward compliance and connection.

• All taps, shower fittings, and plumbing fixtures carry WaterMark certification

• Kitchen and bathroom are supplied with pre-plumbed hot and cold water inlets, threaded and ready for connection

• Grey water is discharged through a 50mm PVC outlet

• Waste plumbing exits through a 100mm PVC outlet

The Home20 Expander is delivered mostly pre-wired, with only the final on-site connections required by a licensed electrician after installation. Each unit includes a centrally positioned Electrical Distribution Board (EDB) (where applicable), pre-fitted with quality circuit breakers. Light switches and power points are installed throughout the interior wherever factory placement is possible, ensuring practical and convenient access.
