The Panorama 20ft expander is built on a heavy-duty galvanised steel frame, finished in a durable Grand Grey epoxy coating. The wall and slide-out ceiling systems use EPS (expanded polystyrene) sandwich panels, chosen for their strong thermal and acoustic performance.

• The main roof section features steel cladding with integrated glass-wool insulation for improved temperature control
• External walls and the slide-out ceiling are constructed from 50mm EPS sandwich panels
• A purpose-designed sliding frame system allows the Panorama to remain fully portable and transportable
Each Panorama 20ft expander is supplied with magnesium oxide (MgO) composite flooring, finished with a durable timber-look vinyl surface. MgO flooring is selected for its excellent thermal performance, moisture resistance, and resistance to rot and insects, making it well suited to portable and expandable structures.
• MgO board flooring is used for its strength, stability, and moisture resistance
• Floor skirting trims and capping pieces are included as standard
• 8mm timber-look PVC vinyl flooring is factory installed over the MgO substrate
The Panorama bathroom is supplied largely pre-installed and ready for final connection by a licensed tradesperson once onsite installation is complete.

No matter the configuration, the Panorama 20ft Expander is supplied with double-glazed toughened glass external windows and entry doors as standard.
• Internal doors are pre-hung with the lock body fitted, ready for final handle installation.
• External windows feature aluminium frames and integrated mesh flyscreens (where applicable).
• Sliding front entry door is supplied with an aluminium frame and security lock.
• Bathroom door is finished with modern frosted privacy glass for added discretion

• Kitchen and bathroom are pre-plumbed with hot and cold threaded brass water inlets
• Grey water discharges via a 50mm PVC outlet
• Waste water exits via a 100mm PVC outlet
