Each Studio20 is supplied with a magnesium oxide (MgO) composite floorbase, finished with a durable 8 mm timber-look vinyl surface. MgO flooring is selected for its excellent thermal performance, moisture resistance, and resistance to rot and insects, making it well suited to portable and expandable structures.

The Studio20 bathroom comes largely pre-fitted, with final plumbing connections completed by a licensed tradesperson after installation.

• Integrated flyscreens fitted to windows where applicable
• Double-glazed external doors with metal frames for strength, insulation, and security
• Internal bathroom door finished with frosted privacy glass for light transfer and privacy
Plumbing services are pre-installed throughout the Studio20, allowing for straightforward final connection by a licensed tradesperson once the unit is in position.
• Hot and cold water lines are pre-plumbed to the kitchenette and bathroom, terminating in threaded brass inlets
• Grey water from the kitchenette and bathroom is connected via a 50 mm PVC pipe to a single outlet point
• Toilet waste is pre-plumbed using a 100 mm PVC line, exiting through the wall with a P-trap configuration
Electrical cabling is pre-installed from the external cable tail to the Electrical Distribution Board (EDB) with circuit protection, then distributed to all lighting, switches, and power outlets in accordance with AS3001. Provision is included for connection of an air-conditioning system.
Final connection of mains power, lights, switches, and power outlets must be completed by a licensed electrician to suit site requirements.

The fixed roof is constructed from thick steel sheeting on the exterior, finished in Grand Grey epoxy paint for durability and weather protection. Beneath the roof sheeting, a glass-wool insulation layer improves thermal and acoustic performance. Internally, the ceiling is finished with steel panels coated in an off-white enamel, creating a clean, bright interior finish.
Exterior cladding is supplied as standard, giving the Studio20 a simple, modern appearance while adding an extra layer of protection.
Each Studio20 is fitted with a durable 12mm PVC structural floor base, finished with a premium timber-look vinyl flooring. This flooring system provides strong thermal insulation while remaining fully resistant to moisture, rot, and insects, making it a reliable, low-maintenance solution.
The rigid PVC board delivers excellent strength and stability underfoot, while matching skirting trims and capping pieces are included to create a clean, finished look throughout the interior. The vinyl flooring is supplied pre-installed, ready for immediate use.
