STRUCTURAL & EXTERIOR FINISHES

The StudioX is built on a galvanised steel frame with a durable epoxy finish, designed for long-term reliability and everyday comfort. Insulated wall and roof systems help regulate temperature and reduce external noise, making it well suited to a range of environments.

  • Galvanised steel structural frame with protective epoxy coating

  • EPS insulated panels to external walls for improved thermal and acoustic performance

  • Fixed steel roof sheeting finished in Grand Grey epoxy paint

  • Glass-wool insulation installed to the ceiling for added thermal and sound control

  • Exterior cladding feature is applied to the front façade only

FLOORING & INTERIOR FINISHES

StudioX is supplied with a magnesium oxide (MgO) composite floorbase, finished with modern style SPC planks. MgO flooring is selected for its excellent thermal performance, moisture resistance, and resistance to rot and insects, making it well suited to portable and expandable structures.

• MgO board flooring is used for its strength, stability, and moisture resistance

• Floor skirting trims and capping pieces are included as standard

• 8 mm timber-look SPC flooring is factory installed over the MgO substrate

BATHROOM FIXTURES

The bathroom is supplied as a waterproofed, factory-fitted module with fixtures installed and services pre-plumbed for easy on-site connection.

• Full-size shower installed within the wet-area module

• Vanity with integrated basin and modern tapware

• Toilet installed and pre-plumbed

• Dedicated ventilation system installed for moisture control

• Greywater pre-plumbed and routed to a dedicated outlet

KITCHEN EQUIPMENT

• Full-wall glazing to the side façade, enhancing daylight through the living and bedroom zones

• Side-positioned operable window to improve natural light within the bedroom zone

• Operable windows throughout to support cross-ventilation

• All glazing framed in a modern matt black finish to complement the exterior aesthetic

PLUMBING HARDWARE

Plumbing services are pre-installed throughout, allowing for straightforward final connection by a licensed tradesperson once the unit is in position.

• Hot and cold water lines are pre-plumbed to the kitchenette and bathroom, terminating in threaded brass inlets

• Grey water from the kitchenette and bathroom is connected via a 50 mm PVC pipe to a single outlet point

• Toilet waste is pre-plumbed using a 100 mm PVC line, exiting through the wall with a P-trap configuration

ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

Electrical cabling is pre-installed from the external cable tail to the Electrical Distribution Board (EDB) with circuit protection, then distributed to all lighting, switches, and power outlets in accordance with AS3001. Provision is included for connection of an air-conditioning system.

Final connection of mains power, lights, switches, and power outlets must be completed by a licensed electrician to suit site requirements.
